To celebrate our book launch, FoodTruckEmpire.com, the authority on how to start a food truck business, and M&R Specialty Trailers and Trucks, a food truck manufacturer based in Florida, have joined forces to give away 20 free copies of our first ever cookbook The Peached Tortilla: Modern Asian Comfort Food From Tokyo to Texas.
