Why The Peached Tortilla?

Why not?  In creating the peached tortilla, we wanted a trip to our food truck to be an escape from the drones of your average day.  A place where it's OK to let flavors explode and to eat something a little bit different.  Our approach to food and how we want to serve Austin is represented in our name: we are fun and unique, and we will gladly think outside the box to bring you the best tasting food around town.  We have defined getting "peached" as being "flavor-smitten."  But really, it can include any of a variety of thoughts, emotions or feelings evoked when you eat at the peached tortilla.  As our concept suggests, there is no right or wrong, only really tasty.  So, Austin, we encourage you to get peached.  We will see you soon.
